  • How do I pay my Deposit?
    Your $75 holding deposit can be paid via PayPal or Direct Transfer. You can find BSB and ACC details on your email with the subject "Thankyou for Booking" or you can follow this link to our Paypal
  • Do I have to pay a Deposit if I have won a Gift Card?
    Yes. Because we are a busy Studio, we require a holding deposit in order to secure your session time with our Photographer and to avoid putting your Booking on a waiting list. For cancellations or reschedules without 7 days notice, this deposit becomes a cancellation fee. *On the day of your Session, this holding deposit is refunded to you if you are not investing in additional images.
  • Do you sell Digital Images?
    Yes! We provide Digital images individually and in Collections. Collections are designed to be better value for money, however you are welcome to purchase individuals also. We also produce; - Wall Art, including signature pieces & Collections framed and frameless - Albums - Digital Collections including prints. You can see our Product Page here to get an indication of starting prices.
  • Do you offer Payment Plans?
    Yes! We offer a no interest ever Payment Plan through Shop Humm.. You can take a stunning 10 Collection of images home starting at as little as $23 a week.
  • Can I book a Session with a Gift Card?
    Yes! To book with a Gift Card simply go to 'Book Online' and choose the Session you would like. You do not need to pay the Session Fee. You will only be required to pay a holding deposit to secure your Booking and this deposit will be refunded to you after your Photography Session.
  • What Session Style can I book with a Dynasty Edition Gift Card?
    Our Dynasty Edition Shoot Style covers all things 'Family'. Including; - Couples - Siblings - Young, Teenage and adult Families - Generational Shoot (Newborn/Parents/Grandparents) - 'Bump to Baby' Newborn and Pregnancy - Families/Couples with Pets Our Studio shoots our Families using a style known as 'Beloved' This beautiful, raw and honest shoot style is then tailored and interpreted by our Photographers specifically with families in mind.
  • Can I 'Re-Gift' a Gift Card I have Won?
    Yes! Your Gift Card is transferable if you would like to Re-Gift it. All you need to do is reply to the most recent SMS you have recieved from us with the name, number and email address of the person you would like to Gift it to and we will send it to them on your behalf as a Gift from you. (Your Gift Card can not be re-gifted to the person you voted for)
  • I have two Gift Cards, can I combine them?"
    No. Only 1 x $800 Gift Card can be used per session. You're welcome to re-gift the second gift to a friend or family member who could make the most of it. Please feel free to check out our Terms & Conditions here for all similar Gift Card queries
  • Are there any add-on costs when using a Gift Card?
    There are no additional costs related to the Gift Card. Because you are booking with a Gift Card your Session Fee of $450 is included in your Gift Card and therefore not payable on the day. You are welcome to purchase additional images from your session however, at no time are Gift Card Winners under any obligation to purchase. Our Gift Card, is a genuine Gift. All clients are required to place down a refundable $75 holding deposit to ensure their attendance on the day. Without 7 days notice, your holding deposit will become a cancellation fee. On the day of your session the only other cost would be parking or the cost of public transport. Any cancellations or reschedules require 7 days notice at a minimum.
  • Do I have to pay $350 for 1 photo?
    All the details of your Gift are outlined in your E-Card, but in a nutshell the Card covers the $450 Editorial Shoot and leaves you $350 credit you can spend on 1 High Res Digital Image or you can use your $350 credit as an incredible discount towards a collection of Digital Images, or Wall Art. Digital images become better value when purchased in collections. You are under no obligation to invest in extra images. You are also welcome to talk to your photographer prior to your shoot to discuss your budget if you are considering purchasing images and would like to make your expectations clear before your shoot. It is our aim for you to have a unique and personal Editorial experience with or without purchasing images. Your Gift Card provides the opportunity for you to experience our beautiful studio and take away a stunning sample of our work! Your E-Card is a gift and you are welcome to enjoy it as that!
  • Is there only a Sydney Studio?
    Yes. We are a Sydney based Family business run by a Mother & Daughter team. We do not have any other Studios in or around Australia.
  • What happens to my deposit if I cancel?
    All cancellations require 7 days notice in order to return your holding deposit. Cancellations made without 7 days notice will have their deposit retained as a cancellation fee. Cancellations that are made with more than 7 days notice will have their holding deposit returned. Because we understand that life can be unpredictable at times, please contact us by phone or email to discuss any unforseen events that may affect your attendance and we will always endeavour to find a solution for you.   • What if I need to reschedule?
    You are welcome to reschedule your Session Booking up to 7 days prior to your Session date without losing your holding deposit. We will simply find you another date and time and you will not be required to pay another deposit. With 7 days notice we are able to use your existing deposit to make your new rescheduled Session Booking. *For Gift Card recipients We allow ONE reschedule per Gift Card. * Failing to Reschedule within 12 months of receipt of your Gift Card will forfeit all Gift Card Credit and/or Holding Deposits made for failed to rescheduled bookings. Without 7 days notice, your holding deposit will become a cancellation fee and we will require another holding deposit to secure your Rescheduled Session in the calendar.
  • What is your Cancellation Policy?
    Once your $75 booking deposit is received your Booking will be SECURED and you will receive important information about your photography Experience. For cancellations AFTER securing, please contact concierge 7 Days prior to your appointment date to avoid losing deposit amount. *Your booking deposit will become a cancellation fee if your session is cancelled or reshceduled without 7 days notice. *Your booking deposit can be used towards purchases *If you are booking with a Gift Card, your booking deposit is refuded on the day of your session
  • Can I book for a Solo Portfolio Session?
    Yes. We offer an exceptional Solo Portfolio session shot by one of the studio founders; Minna. Editorial Portfolio style shoots are Minna's passion as she is slowly becoming one of Sydneys preferred Portfolio Photographers. Solo Sessions are shot on Tuesdays - Fridays. Please choose 'Editorial Photography Appointment' to make this booking
  • Can I book a Dynasty Edition Family Session for a group of friends?
    No, our Studio shoots many different styles, unfortunately 'Friends' Shoots is not a service we offer. Our Brand and Photography style is focused on Creativity and Family Connection
  • Can I include my Pets in my Shoot?
    Yes! Small Dogs only We love our Four paw family members and welcome them into our Family Sessions. Due to restrictions in The Waterloo Design Centre there are limitations around Dogs. All Puppies young and old must be considered; - A small dog - Well behaved - House Trained - Under 12kg
